UK Orders
We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with full tracking details once your order is on its way
• This service provides tracking and delivery confirmation
If you require a different shipping option, please get in touch before ordering — we’re always happy to help where we can.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days.
As a small team working in small batches, dispatch times may occasionally be a little longer during busy periods or collection launches. If you need an update on your order at any point, just drop us a message — we’re always happy to help.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide from the UK using Royal Mail international services.
• Tracking is provided where available
• Delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services
International orders typically arrive within 7–10 working days, but in some cases delivery may take longer. Unfortunately, once an order has left the UK, delays are outside of our control.
If you’d like a specific tracked or upgraded international service, please contact us before placing your order.
A note on small-batch shipping
Forage pieces are made and dispatched in small batches by a small team. While we always do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, this approach allows us to focus on quality, detail, and care at every stage.
