Returns & Refunds Policy

We really hope you love your Forage piece, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.

How to return an item

Please return your order to:

Important:
All returns must include either:

  • a printed copy of your invoice, or

  • a clear cover note showing:

    • your full name

    • order number

    • the reason for return

    • whether you’d like a refund or replacement

This helps us join the dots quickly and process your return without delay. Returns received without this information may take longer to resolve.


Faulty or incorrect items

If your item is faulty or not as described, we’re really sorry — that’s on us.

• We will cover the cost of return postage
• Once received, we’ll offer a refund or replacement, depending on your preference

Please contact us before returning the item so we can arrange this correctly.


Change of mind, sizing, or style returns

If you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the style isn’t quite for you:

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Items must be returned unused, in original condition

We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.


Handmade & material variations

All Forage pieces are made in small batches, and many of the materials we use are sourced as surplus as part of our effort to reduce waste.

Because of this:

  • Natural variations in colour, tone, grain, texture, print placement, and finish are normal

  • Leather, fabric, and hardware may differ slightly from piece to piece

  • Colours may not match website photos exactly — lighting, screens, and batch availability all play a part

  • Some surface variatons and blemishes can be found on surplus materials

These variations are considered part of the character of our products and are not classed as faults.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow a few working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank

If return postage applies, this will be deducted from your refund.


Final notes

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • show signs of wear or use

  • are returned without sufficient order information

  • fall outside our returns timeframe
