Returns & Refunds Policy

We really hope you love your Forage piece, but if something isn't quite right, here's how returns work.

Return window

You can return items within 21 days of receiving your order. Please let us know by email or through our returns page that you'd like to return something, then send it back to us.

How to return an item

All returns must include either:

  • a printed copy of your invoice, or
  • a note showing your full name, order number, reason for return, and whether you'd like a refund or replacement.

This helps us process your return quickly. Returns without this information may take longer to sort out.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item is faulty or not as described, we're really sorry. That's on us.

  • We'll cover the cost of return postage
  • Once it's back with us, we'll offer a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer

Please contact us before sending it back so we can arrange this for you.

Change of mind, sizing or style returns

If you've changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the style isn't quite for you:

  • Return postage is paid by the customer
  • We'll refund the item and your original standard delivery cost. Delivery upgrades (Signed For, Priority, Next Day or International) aren't refunded.
  • Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition

If you use our returns label for a change-of-mind return, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Rescued Treasures

Rescued Treasures are pieces with known imperfections, sold at a reduced price. Each category of imperfection is described on the product page before you buy.

  • Imperfections that match the category described are not classed as faults
  • Rescued Treasures can be returned within the same 21-day window, on change-of-mind terms
  • If you have any questions about a piece, please get in touch before ordering. We're always happy to help.

Each Rescued Treasure is one of a kind, so a return means someone else may have missed out. We'd really appreciate you reading the descriptions carefully before buying.

Handmade & material variations

All Forage pieces are made in small batches, and many of our materials are sourced as surplus to help reduce waste. Because of this:

  • Natural variations in colour, tone, grain, texture, print placement and finish are normal
  • Leather, fabric and hardware may differ slightly from piece to piece
  • Colours may not exactly match website photos, as lighting, screens and batch availability all play a part
  • Some surface variations and blemishes can be found on surplus materials

These variations are part of the character of our products and are not classed as faults.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow a few working days for it to show, depending on your bank.

If an item comes back clearly worn or used, and we can no longer sell it as new, we may reduce your refund by up to the full value of the item. We'll always explain why and share photos if this applies.

Final notes

We may decline change-of-mind returns that arrive outside the 21-day window.
